Scope of Work
All creative services provided by Moon & Hermit Creative are governed by a separate Scope of Work and client agreement, which will be provided prior to the commencement of any engagement. These Terms and Conditions apply to your general use of this website and serve as a baseline understanding of our business practices. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement shall take precedence.
Service Packages
Our current service offerings are organized into three tiers:
- Starter Package ($5,000): One-month engagement with up to 5 revision rounds
- Growth Package ($10,000): Two-month engagement with up to 10 revision rounds
- ScalePackage ($15,000): Three-month engagement with up to 15 revision rounds
Additional services, including copywriting, content scheduling, newsletter strategy, and email automation, may be available as add-ons or retainer arrangements. Retainer time is available in 20-hour blocks at $1,500. Specific deliverables, timelines, and revision terms for each engagement will be detailed in the applicable Scope of Work.
Revisions
Revision rounds are allocated per package as outlined above. Revision rounds are defined in the client Scope of Work. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope or exceed the allocated revision rounds may be subject to additional fees.
Downloadable Resources
From time to time, Moon & Hermit Creative may offer downloadable resources such as templates or guides, either as part of a service package or through the website. These materials are provided for the personal or professional use of the recipient and may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged without written permission.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit is required before any project work begins. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in the client Scope of Work. By agreeing to a Scope of Work, you authorize the agreed payment terms and accept responsibility for timely payment.
Failure to remit payment according to the agreed schedule may result in a pause or termination of services at the discretion of Moon & Hermit Creative.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of creative services, deposits are generally non-refundable. Refunds for work already completed or in progress are not routinely offered. Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at the discretion of Moon & Hermit Creative and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We are committed to working collaboratively with clients to address concerns before they escalate. Open communication throughout the engagement is strongly encouraged.
6. Intellectual Property
Client Deliverables
Upon receipt of full payment, clients retain full ownership of all final brand assets, design files, website builds, and other deliverables produced under their engagement with Moon & Hermit Creative. Rights to deliverables transfer only upon completion of all agreed payments.
Portfolio Rights
Moon & Hermit Creative reserves the right to request permission to feature completed client work in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials. We will always seek explicit consent from the client before doing so. Clients are under no obligation to grant this permission, and refusal will not affect the quality or terms of services rendered.
Website Content
All original content on the Moon & Hermit Creative website — including written copy, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Moon & Hermit Creative and may not be reproduced without written permission. Stock imagery used on this site is licensed appropriately and remains subject to its original licensing terms.
